Socks - Pairs 7, 8 & 9 (On the needles)

Here are my current projects. Daughter #1 donated some Bernat Softee Chunky in several colors. The red, white & blue striped socks are from her stash and I thought should be great for 4th of July! The off-white socks are Paton's Classic Wool Merino and I am trying the Blueberry Waffle pattern (although I am having a tough time staying in the actual pattern). These off-white socks are for Daughter #3 who said she didn't care if the pattern wasn't perfect (bless you Lis!). And finally, I found some Opal sock yarn at a quilt shop in Woodbury. It's kind of hard to see on the photo, but it's the third pair on the right. Opal is sock yarn from Germany and it is self-striping, so I don't have to weave in all the ends -- it just stripes as I knit! Yahoo!

So, enough posting for one day. Hopefully, I can keep up on the blog a couple of times a week or so, depending on my work load.
